10. Potomac Yard Metro Environmental Impact Statement. Staff: Jeffrey Farner

Deputy Director Jeffrey Farner informed the Commission that staff will prepare a
written update on the Potomac Yard Environmental Impact Statement.

11. Transit Educational Session. Presenter: David Whyte, Kimley-Horn & Associates

Richard Baier, Director of Transportation and Environmental Services, introduced
David Whyte who gave a presentation on transit practices.

12. The Planning Commission discussed whether or not it should make a recommendation
to City Council with regard to the add-on tax for transit priorities. This issue will be
docketed for discussion as a non public hearing item.

13. The Planning Commission discussed the schedule and itinerary for the upcoming infill
tour.
