16. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of an ordinance to amend the fire protection and prevention provisions in Title 4, Chapter 2 of the City Code.

17. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of an ordinance to add a new Section 5-8-117 to the City Code to revise the procedures for approval, in residential areas, of on-street parking spaces reserved for the use of persons with disabilities.

18. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of an ordinance to amend Section 9-12-132 of the City Code to increase taxicab fares.

19. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of an ordinance to amend Section 10-2-7 of the City Code to authorize the Director of Transportation and Environmental Services to establish certain types of electrically operated traffic signals or devices.

20. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of an ordinance to add a new Section 10-4-44 to the City Code to increase the fine for parking in an HOV lane during restricted hours from $35.00 to $50.00.
