17. Introduction and First Reading. Consideration. Passage on First Reading of An Ordinance to amend and reordain Ordinance No. 4092, passed November 13, 1999, to revise the terms of the vacation of the public street right-of-way between Slaters Lane and West Abingdon Drive, adjacent to the Mason Hall Apartments, and to approve and authorize the construction of certain site improvements on the apartment property in connection therewith.
