Robert and Callie MacKenzie, owners: Special exception to enlarge an existing
covered open porch 14.90 feet from the front property line. If the special exception
is granted, the Board of Zoning Appeals will be granting a special exception from
section 12-102(A)of the zoning ordinance relating to physical enlargement of a
noncomplying structure. (Deferred from the September, October and November
hearings.)

1. On a motion by Mr. Curry, seconded by Ms. Lewis, Mary Lyman was
unanimously re-elected as Chair and Stephen Koenig was unanimously
re-elected as Vice-Chair.

2. On a motion by Mr. Koenig, seconded by Ms. Lyman, Mike Curry was
unanimously re-elected as Secretary.
