The Deputy City Attorney updated the Planning Commission on the Virginia
Supreme Court's decision on North Latham Street subdivision case. The Planning
Commission asked Planning and Zoning staff and the City Attorney's office to
provide additional follow up at a later time.

The Planning Commission public hearing was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
