12. Other Business.

Commissioner Dunn discussed a memo that was recently distributed to the Planning
Commission regarding the Robinson Terminal Warehouse Corp., and commented that the
Planning Commission should have been involved in the early discussions regarding this
site. Planning and Zoning Director Faroll Hamer agreed that the Planning Commission
should have been involved and explained her understanding of the process when the early
discussions with Council occured.

Commissioner Komoroske commented that large staff reports need to be bound together
better, and that there should be a separator sheet between the staff report text and the
graphics. He also requested that staff continue to include the overall docket item site map
with each docket delivery. Chairman Wagner requested that Master Plan Resolutions be
distributed with the staff report to each commissioner.
