Planning and Zoning Director Faroll Hamer discussed the issue of public
assembly and free speech in privately owned open spaces.

Commissioner Komoroske discussed his involvement in the Planning Commissioner's
certification program, and stated that he and Commissioner Fossum will give a
presentation at an upcoming worksession.
