The Planning Commission meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.

9. Consideration of approval of the Planning Commission minutes of the regular public
hearing of November 6, 2008.

10. Other Business.


Commissioner Jennings requested information regarding the status of the application for
the Parker-Gray District's placement on the National Historic Registrar. Planning
Director Faroll Hamer described the process required by the State, and updated the
Commission on the work that has been done to meet those requirements.

Commissioners Komoroske and Fossum described the Planning Commissioner
certification course that they have been participating in recently. Commissioner Fossum
offered to give a presentation once the course concluded.

Planning Director Faroll Hamer discussed the temporary sign program for businesses
located directly off King Street that was recently adopted by Council.
